These terms apply to auto locksmith and vehicle security services provided by PT Auto Locksmiths & Vehicle Security Specialist, a sole trader business owned by PT Auto Locksmiths & Vehicle Security Specialist, trading from Mobile service, Tamworth B77, United Kingdom. 2. Quotes & pricing

Phone quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price is confirmed on site before any work begins. There is no hidden callout charges.

3. Consumer rights

Where you are a consumer, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

4. Right to cancel

For non urgent off premises bookings you have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start emergency work within that period, you may be charged for work completed before cancelling.

5. Guarantee

Workmanship is guaranteed for up to 12 months from the date of installation. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 10 years depending on the product.

6. Insurance

Public liability insurance: £1,000,000 underwritten by Simply Business. Certificate of insurance available on request.

7. Complaints

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
